UCU Law graduates to practise in the UK

By NICHOLAS OPOLOT and AGATHA MUHAISE Uganda Christian University’s (UCU’s) law degree holders have been officially accredited to apply for the bar course in England and Wales. This means that law graduates of UCU meet the standards required for one to apply for a bar course in the United Kingdom (UK) and become barristers (equivalent to an advocate in Uganda), in the UK.
