Clare Cheromoi During the State of the Nation address by President Museveni on 7 June 2017, fighting corruption was highlighted again, as it has been over the years. The challenge of corruption to Uganda’s progress and service delivery was also emphasized by the Minister of Finance, Mr Matia Kasaija, during the Budget Speech. Clare Cheromoi Recently I received a Whatsapp message of a traffic officer who stopped a pastor for speeding. The message goes: Pastor: (Seeing that he is in wrong yells) I am a pastor, not a thief.
