Mbale campus’ first graduation ceremony

BY DOREEN KAJERU Mbale University College has held its first graduation ceremony. The function, held on November 18, was the fourth part of the 17th graduation of Uganda Christian University   (UCU). The  campus  was elevated to constituent college status last February. The university constitution allows a constituent college to hold graduation ceremonies. Culture: The origin, history of the Bamasaba and Imbalu

On August 6, thousands of people, foreign and local descended on Mutoto Cultural Site at the foot of Mount Elgon to witness the Bamasaba celebrate 200 years ofimbalu (circumcision).
